All of your account services remain the same as before.

Yes, your IBAN has changed and you will need to inform your counterparty bank. Your previous IBAN will continue to work until further notice.

Where can I find my new IBAN?

You can find your new IBAN in the following ways:

 

  • Mobile Banking App

  • Online Banking Service

  • Account statements dated from 4 December 2018 onwards

  • Relationship Manager

I have multiple customer profiles. What will happen to these?

Will my FX segmentation rate change?

No, your FX segmentation rate will not change.

I had NBAD Star points before systems integration. Can I continue to use them?
