How can I access the new FAB Online Banking?

If you are an existing Online Banking user, you will need to create a new login password as follows:

  • Enter your existing username and password to login
  • Enter the One Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number
  • Create a new password

Please note that if you are registering for Online Banking for the first time, you will need one of the following:

  • Your debit card number
  • Your credit card number
  • Your customer ID number

The new Online Banking service provides you with a wide range of features, including:

  • View and download your account statements  
  • View unbilled transactions for debit card and credit cards 
  • Requesting new cheque books 
  • Debit card and credit card PIN set or reset 
  • Update your email and registered mobile number 
  • Automatic utility payments to AADC, ADDC, DEWA, DU, ETISALAT, FEWA, SALIK and SEWA 
  • Instant beneficiary creation and payment in one go – Transfer beneficiary Only for ADNIF. Utility payment beneficiary
  • Instant remittance transfers with live foreign exchange rates 
  • Single view of your investment portfolio including mutual funds 
  • View Online Banking in Arabic

What account information can I see in Online Banking?

You will have a single view of all your account information including:

  • Your name as it appears on the accounts
  • Balances for all accounts
  • The last 12 statements for accounts with statements
  • All account numbers and IBANs where applicable

Will I still be able to view my existing beneficiaries in the new FAB Online Banking?

All of your existing beneficiaries will continue to be available. If your beneficiaries previously held a FGB or NBAD account, they will be visible in the ‘within FAB’ section.

Have my standing instructions been retained, including for utility bill payments?

All of your standing instructions remain the same, including for utility bill payments.

Please note that if you have a standing instruction for a DEWA bill payment, your 10 digit account number will appear in the ‘Beneficiaries’ field.

What are some of the features that are not available in Online Banking?

Please note that the following Online Banking services are no longer available:

  • Secure Pass Token service
  • Smart alerts
  • Secure message centre
  • Separate Online Banking for Siraj customers
