Terms & Conditions – Cashback Campaign (“the Offer”)

  • This Offer is applicable only to selected FAB Credit Card customers (Cardholder(s)) to whom the Offer has been communicated. Any FAB Credit Card customer who did not receive the Offer directly is considered to be ineligible for the Offer.

  • To be eligible for the Offer, Cardholders must successfully register by sending the SMS ‘CB’ to 2121.

  • This Offer is valid for all retail transactions only (Eligible Transactions). Disputed and reversed transactions will not be considered for spend calculations.

  • The Offer is valid for transactions between 15 December 2018 and 15 March 2019 (Offer Period).

  • To be eligible for cash back customer need to achieve monthly spend target as communicated. Spending months will be calculated as:

    • Month 1: 15 December 2018 to 14 January 2019

    • Month 2: 15 January 2019 to 14 February 2019

    • Month 3: 15 February 2019 to 15 March 2019

  • Communicated cashback will be awarded to customer’s card account upon achieving target spends within the Offer Period.

  • Eligible Transactions made with a Cardholders supplementary FAB card will be aggregated with the Eligible Transactions made by the Cardholder on the primary card.

  • The eligible cashback will be credited to the card account as a single entry within 60 days from the end of the Offer Period.

  • Cashback cannot be exchanged for any other rewards, and is not replaceable or transferable under any circumstances.

  • During the Offer Period, the Cardholder’s credit card must be active, in good standing, not overdue or over limit and payments must be made regularly to be eligible for cashback

  • FAB may, at its sole discretion, exclude any card from the offer, including and not limited to cards with unsatisfactory payments, company related purchases, terminated cards etc.

  • FAB Credit Card Terms and Conditions are in addition to terms of this offer.
